EXTENSION offers a contemporary design, with simple, clean lines.

Each side of the interior rectangle represents one of the four LIFE CODE™ elements of your loved one: first name, last name, date of birth, and date of death. Each side of the interior rectangle is divided between either 26 letters or 10 numbers.
Each bar that extends from a side of the interior rectangle represents a letter in your loved one's name or a number in their date of birth or date of death. The position and length of each bar depends upon the numerical order of the number or the alphabetical order of the letter.
Code:
The 26 columns for the letters of the first name extend up and down from the top line of the interior rectangle.
The 26 columns for the letters of the last name extend up and down from the bottom line of the interior rectangle.
The 10 rows for the digits of the date of birth extend left and right from the left side of the interior rectangle.
The 10 rows for the digits of the date of birth extend left and right from the left side of the interior rectangle.
